I currently work remotely in Tennessee. However, my physical office location is in Virginia. I do not live in Virginia, and I will not physically work in Virginia. Am I required to pay Virginia income tax?

No.  A handful of states tax non-resident remote workers, but Virginia is not one of them.  As long as you never physically work in Virginia, your income is not subject to Virginia income tax.
