In 2023, I lived and worked in TN for one month. The other 11 months of the year I lived and worked in Va. Do I need to file a state income tax return in TN. I have already filed my VA and federal returns.

TN has no state income tax. You do not have to do anything about TN.

You have to file a part year return for VA, since you lived and worked there for 11 months.
