State K-1-P not created using TurboTax Business

I am using Turbo-Tax Business to file taxes for an LLC partnership - Federal and Illinois. I have completed both returns but have not filed yet. I noticed the program did not generate state K-1-P forms for the members. Last year the return was generated by a professional and included Illinois K-1-Ps. There was a loss both years. I am concerned that the return is incomplete.

1. Close the TurboTax program (be sure to click Save when prompted).
2. Right-click the TurboTax icon.
3. Choose Properties.
4. Choose Compatibility.
5. Check the box Run this program as administrator.
6. Click Apply.
7. Click OK.
8. Relaunch TurboTax.

I have the same problem but am using Turbotax Self-employed. I have withheld passthrough withholding on line 54 of the Illinois K-1-P and can't figure out how to input it. Right clicking on the icon isn't opening properties. Thanks.
