The software does NOT let me E-File my state. So I have to mail it now.

1. Where to sign & date on form 500 (Georgia)? Do I HAVE TO Sign when mail filing?

2. About mail filing, I do NOT have to mail "Filing Instructions" & "Schedule C/F Adjustments", right? Are they for me only (not for states)?

The Georgia state only needs to mail them "Forms 525, 500 & 40NR", yes?

Yes, you must sign the tax return if it is being mailed.  Otherwise, it will be rejected and not processed for not having a signature.  There is a section on the last page of the Georgia Form 500 where it says Sign Here.  That is where you (and your spouse if filing jointly) must sign the return.

The only forms you do not mail are the filing instructions.  All other forms are part of the Georgia tax return and should be mailed.  Also, do not forget to attach any income documents (such as W-2s) that show Georgia tax withholdings.
