state program

I purchased a second Turbo Tax program to download the 2nd State program that I have to file.  Now Turbo Tax won't  let me download it.  Keeps trying to sell me state program online.  I have both confirmation numbers that I did buy two programs.

From the TurboTax Homepage sign into the TT account you used when purchasing the extra state download.  Hover over the "Products and Pricing" icon on the  header bar.  The drop-down menu should include, "Access My Downloads".  Maybe you'll see your state download there.

 

If you are still unable to download your purchased software, please contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours.  A Support agent will be happy to assist.  Use the info I'm linking below to contact Support.
