It says I’m getting back $918 for my state refund and there’s only $77 pending in my bank account and I’d like to know why I’m not getting what I was told.

Unfortunately, TurboTax doesn't have access to that information. The state doesn't communicate the confidential information about your refund with us - we only get the confirmation that your tax return has been accepted.

Most states will mail a letter within 7-10 business days with an explanation concerning the difference in the expected refund and the amount deposited.
