It might be that not all the forms in your return have been finalized yet. If you have Draft forms in your return, it would not allow you to file your return.

If all your forms are available, please let us know what error code you are receiving.

Instead of clicking the Fix It button, can you go back and review your state entries. It looks like something must be missing regarding your Health Care information.
