State returns rejected twice

My  Ohio State Tax return was rejected twice due to entering the amounts from the wrong windows of Forms 1099-R to line 14, 18, 20, 24, 27.

I enter the amounts from the Federal Tax Withheld by mistake, while it should have been from the State Tax Withheld.

I'm unable to erase the errors and enter the correct amounts.  What am I suppose to do as I already paid for e-filing the forms.

And I have no way of contacting TurboTax, no emails or phone number to reach them either?

Try the following steps to enter the correct state withholding from your 1099-R form.

    1. Sign in to TurboTax.
    2. You should be able to see Your Tax Returns & documents
    3. Select show here.
    4. Select 2019
    5. Select Add a state

This will allow you to see your state return and make the correction needed in the state withholding section.  (You do not need to actually add a state, but this will allow you to access your existing state return.)

You will then be able to try to electronically file your return again.
