My grandson is living and working in Florida but he has not made the move to be a resident of Florida. He is using his mom and dad's address in New Jersey. Does he have to do a NJ Tax return? Please repay ASAP

    No.

    If he is simply using the New Jersey address for mail but does not live there, he does not need to file for New Jersey.
