State tax does not show review results

I have finished my federal Income Tax and reviewed it. 1.Next finish MN state first.2.Click: Lets finish MN now.

3.Lets work on your state. 4.Done with states. 5. Lets make sure taxes are correct. 6. Analyzing your return.

7.Analysis complete - Select Continue It goes back to #1 as described above and repeats all 7 steps.

I have shut down the Turbo Tax 4 times and rebooted program. Same results

I then kept trying this scenario 4 more times with same results. All this time screen shows the amount of money I should get from this 2020 filing, (does not change).

What should I do next????
