The electronic filing of my GA tax return has been pending for over a week.  What do I do?

By pending do you mean that it has neither been accepted or rejected?  If so contact customer service.  If you are speaking about receiving your refund, it could take longer.  You would have to contact the state.

It is neither accepted or rejected and I owed money.  The ACH was not withdrawn from my account either.  I efiled both the Federal and GA state return on the same day, May 9th.  Federal was accepted and tax was paid from account.  Very concerned about late filing and late payment penalties.

You can contact customer service regarding the status of the return, or try to access it through your account.  If it turns out rejected you can submit a payment online at this website:  Pay Individual Income Tax | Georgia Department of Revenue, and then correct the e-file.
