Upon review, I receive 1 error as follows: "Federal Schedules K-1 cannot be used to prepare electronically filed returns (unless it is a publicly traded partnership) these rules are set by the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. My K-1 is from a publicly traded partnership.  So how can I override the rejection and e-file?

Revisit the K1 form entry topic in the federal "Income" tab.  Click through the questions to arrive at a page titled "Describe the Partnership."  Select "This is a Publicly Traded Partnership" and continue through the interview topic and click "Done" at the K1 summary page.  That should clear the error and allow the e-file.
