State tax for Mo

I am wondering if anybody else is having this issue? I only have one W-2 I filed last week. My federal has already been approved and my state is done but not been sent and it’s not to be an e-filed. I’m getting a message:

We're working on some updates due to law changes. We've saved your work and will email you as soon as everything's ready.

These changes affect the following areas of your return. And now it doesn’t show e-filing for my state is anybody else getting this message because I can’t finish my state processing of taxes

The majority of MO tax forms won't be ready until 30 January, so try again on the 31st

A big BUT is that there are also some MO for some folks, where those forms won't be ready until 13 February....so you might have to wait another two week after the start of February to e-file MO.
