Found that my state return is not avail till later in Dec.
Turbotax thinks I downloaded, but there is no footprint of it in the program directory.
Not sure why it didn't prevent me from downloadeding it.
Will my state return download when available? Turbotax prevents me from downloading it now.

I believe that is some sort of "pre-download" (or prep).
You should not have any issues downloading the state return when it is available.
