State tax form not downloading

As noted earlier, I downloaded my state tax return a couple of weeks ago. Of course to no avail as it wasn't available.

After I loaded the updates today, it was supposed available. But, Turbotax Deluxe thinks I already downloaded it. It also didn't download it. So, I have no state 1040.

Is there a fix for this?

Sorry---TT is not doing an adequate job of informing users that few--if any--state software programs will really be ready until later in January. The software is not ready, nor are the state forms ready from the states themselves. You need to wait until sometime next month.

I have the same problem. It says that I've downloaded it, but when I try to start my state tax return, it brings me back to the screen to purchase and download it. There is an error in the system.

@DianeEder You will have to wait until January. It will only lead to frustration if you keep trying to work on a state return at this time. The "error" is that the state software and state forms are just not ready.
