I retired from the federal government on 12/31/2019 and moved from Oklahoma to Missouri on 1/1/2020. I became a resident of Missouri on 1/6/2020. After The move I received a final payment  for unused annual leave on 1/24/2020. Taxes were with held for Oklahoma not for Missouri. I was no longer a Oklahoma resident. What am I required to do?

You may have to file an Oklahoma return for 2020.  Even though you were not a resident of Oklahoma when you received the sick pay, it was associated with your employment in Oklahoma so it is Oklahoma source income.

Nonresidents are required to file an Oklahoma income tax return when they receive gross income of at least $1,000 of Oklahoma source income.
