The w2 has the correct amount withheld for state tax but the state tax refund looked unusually high and happened to check when about to e-file, then realized the state tax withed shows doubled in the form.
As previously told in the community when I make the state tax withheld on w2 to $0 everything looks correct. But Not sure if this is the correct way to do.
