Not sure why It says I own the State of IL. Also I have 2 W2 forms and on the second one it wouldn’t let me put in the amount of State Tax on my return. What should I do about this?

Have you entered these W2's separately? if so, there should be boxes 15-17 in the bottom of the form for you to enter the state income and tax withholding information. If you have two states that you need to report income to, you have the option to + add another row and you can add a second state that is reported on that W2.
