How come I haven't gotten my state tax refund yet? What's the delay?in files on 2/2/2020.

Neither TurboTax nor the people here on the Community forum have any information regarding the status of your state tax return. I recommend you check with your state. How do I contact my state Department of Revenue?

For some reason we did not receive a state tax refund, it was as if we never filed and we paid turbo tax to do this. It worked just fine in 2017 and 2019. Who can we talk to about this?
