I am trying to complete my state taxes. When I hit the start button, nothing happens. I did complete a state tax filing for another person and it worked fine.

    I am using the same Turbo tax. It hasn't asked for an account to pay yet.

    I hit start and the refund at the top of the page gives an amount, but it won't go any farther from there. Won't ask any other questions.
