Do i have to pay state taxes if i didn't have no federal income tax withheld I only worked a month in Maryland and 7 months in Texas and on my TurboTax return it says I am due $352 In state Maryland taxes I need help please and thank you.

Income you earned from work performed within MD is taxable by MD, even if federal taxes were not withheld and even if you were not a resident of MD.
