State Voucher payments did not transfer from Turbotax Federal to my Turbotax state

I am using TurboTax Deluxe 2021 CD on my new computer. I entered my Wisconsin State Voucher payments into the "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid" group of the TurboTax Interview (this is where you enter all state and local taxes paid that are not reported on W2, or 1099).  After completing the Wisconsin State Individual Tax Return in Turbotax, the voucher payments did not transfer into my TurboTax 2021 Wisconsin Tax Return. Also this resulted in 2022 Estimated Income tax voucher payments that made no sense.

It appears that TurboTax has a software issue.

This should be fixed now. Please update your software. You can click on "Check for Updates" and update that way. Or, you can manually update your software.

Once you've done that, delete the estimates and re-enter them. If that doesn't work please post here so we can provide additional steps.

I would like to take a deeper look at this. However, I need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:

    TurboTax Desktop/Download
    Versions:
    1. Open your return.
    2. Click the Online tab in the black bar across the top of TurboTax and select “Send Tax File to Agent”
    3. This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created. Click on OK and the tax file will be sanitized and transmitted to us.
    4. Please provide the Token Number that was generated in the response.
