I work for a company in Tennessee.  Its rural and I couldn't find a place to rent, so the company flies me from Oklahoma (where my parents live) to Tennessee 10 days at a time about twice a month where I work.  Tennessee has no income tax.  In Oklahoma, income tax is 7.5%.   Do I have to pay Oklahoma taxes on the income I earn in Tennessee even though I don't make any money in Oklahoma?  I have a driver's license in Oklahoma but really nothing else that ties me to the state.  I don't own any property in Oklahoma.

You have to report all income from all sources on your Oklahoma tax return, foreign and domestic.

True.  But do I pay taxes on the Tennessee income.

Yes, most likely Oklahoma is your domicile because you do live there and do not have a home in Tennessee and your driver's license is in Oklahoma so you would be required to report and pay tax on your Tennessee income to Oklahoma as your resident state.
