Step-by-Step not working for state

After selecting "Start" on the state screen, the walk-through started as usual. I went to "Go to Forms" to check a number, and when I selected "Step-by-Step", TTax took me back to the "Start" screen, but freezes there. I can go to forms (the state forms are there), but step-by-step is just frozen.

Any ideas?

Giving y'all an update.

We uninstalled and reinstalled TurboTax. The problem remained. We decided to go to forms and just fill it out that way since we could not access the interview format for our state. After completing the forms, we tried to access the step-by-step one more time, and it worked, so we could use that to check our work and finish. So glad!!!
