I have had this problem for at least two years where I am unable to purchase additional state and pay for eFile thru the Turbo Tax software. I keep getting the same error where it could not process my credit cards (I tried two different credit cards too). My only option is to call in to make the purchase. I don't understand why I have to do that and don't want to.
