Stuck in loop on CA file a return
When filing CA return, TurboTax asks me to add info (name, SSN, address), screen "Check This Entry", text "California Information Worksheet: Taxpayer's SSN should not be entered directly", and loops over.
Called tech support, got the issue resolved.
For everyone who has the same issue:
- Open "Forms", find "Personal Info Worksheet" in CA forms
- Delete all info from fields in red, just let them empty (address was autofilled in my case, but that's ok)
- Go to "Easy steps" and continue filing; the missing info will be auto-populated from Federal forms
