I am claiming credit for tax paid to Lousiana since I am a Mississippi resident. I see two different addresses in Jackson to send documents to.
One says if you are receiving a refund and the other just says other income tax returns. If you are receiving a refund, would the first one be the proper place to send documents or the second one?
Yes, if you are expecting a refund from your Mississippi tax return, you would send your return to the 'refund' address.
