Hello, I am a Texas based fully remote employee for a Boston based company and hoping to do a 3 month trip to NYC. I’m hoping to understand a bit better what the tax implications would be for me (if any). Thank you!

Any income you earn from work you actually (physically) perform in New York State is subject to New York State income tax.  So you need to keep track of that income in order to complete a non-resident New York State tax return at year's end.  See this NY tax reference for more detail:
