The direct deposit page will not load. I logged out and tried on my phone and laptop. I waited a day. Has anyone else experienced this issue? What eventually worked?

I am also having this issue and have not been able to proceed beyond the direct deposit page. Hoping to receive guidance on how to proceed as well.

You need to sign out of TurboTax on ALL devices, clear cache and cookies, and try again.

I cleared cache and switched internet browsers.  Direct deposit still didn't work.  Finally, a Turbo Tax support expert told me to select the option for multiple accounts and just enter the full refund amount under one account. That worked! @CatinaT1 @User20
