Question

The software says I qualify for the Minnesota Child and Working Family credit. Due to my filing as "married filing separately" I should not qualify for this credit.

We are not legally separated and we have lived together for the entire year.  Not sure why it says I qualify when I clearly do not meet the qualifications.

Do you have qualifying children?  If you do, you can still qualify for the WFC credit.
