The tax expert left the live chat without doing anything

I change from TurboTax premier to premier live to get help from real tax experts. However, during the live chat, the tax expert (Jeffrey) left the chat without helping (or even saying goodbye), after going through my state tax. What should I do in this case???

HAH!  This does not work.  The bot does not recognize me though they took my $$ for the product and let me complete a return, which now I cannot e-file.  ZERO help.

I was on a live call after jumping through MANY, MANY hoops and she left in the middle and hung up on me and now I can't get back.  This SUCKS!!!
