Question

This thinks that I am a child with investment income, so it is asking for my parents tax info for a CA form 3800. How do i get rid of this request for form?

In the personal information section, it ask if anyone can claim you. Go back and mark no.

After changing your information, if you still have a form stuck in there, follow these steps:

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
Locate Tax Tools
Select Tools
See the pop-up window Tool Center
Choose Delete a form
Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list
Follow the instructions
