I want to prepay my local taxes in turbotax and need to know where it was entered

You prepare your 2019 estimated state taxes at the end of your state return. The TurboTax program will ask if you want to make estimated tax payments and help you calculate the amount. Then, payment vouchers will be generated so that you can print them along with your return.
