Trouble printing a return

I have finished my return and will be e-filing it, but I would like to print my return before I e-file. I have made sure that my printer is working.

    Have you paid your fees?  You cannot print until you have paid.

    I have no fees to pay. I'm using TurboTax Premier desktop version.
