As of 02/19/24 software won't DL it. Keeps rerouting me back to the buy-it-now page, yet won't let me (re)purchase it. Shows I paid online, have a receipt for it, but no "Windows Download" button next to the form's name in my online account. Anyone else having the same issue with the software?
