Trying to e-file amended 2023 Federal - rejection

I finished amending my 2023 federal taxes which I originally e-filed through Turbotax. The software says I can e-file this (not the state which I have to print and file) but every time I try to do it, it goes to processing and then I get an email that the IRS rejected my amended return.

Every time I try to fix this, it goes to the "date" section on when I want to pay the balance and I've tried everything from today, tomorrow, 5 days or more from today.

How can I use e-file?

What is the reject message in the email? Post the complete message, word for word, including the code.

I actually tried one more time using the date that I filed the original tax return and it took it. It was something like PMT-071-01 and it kept saying the date had to be 5 days after the due date or something like that.
