Question
Trying to pay for my California eFile but the information screen is too big and I can't get it to continue!!
I get to the final efile screen. Click on pay with credit card ( as opposed to with federal return ). The screen to gather name and address information pops up. I fill that out. But this screen is too big. I can't access any "continue" buttons presumably on the bottom. If I try to shrink the screen via clicking and dragging from the top, it simply disappears and locks up turbo tax.
I'm on Windows 11
Turbo Tax Deluxe
And probably the last year I'm using it.
