TT is asking if my current address is my principal residence, yet I moved in Feb 2021, but was a full time resident in CA, which address do I use for state taxes?

I moved to another state and that is what I used while filing federal, but unsure for CA what to use old or new??

You should use your new (current) address on your CA tax return. As this is where the CA tax authorities can contact you.

Do I leave the county blank or put what my old county was?

You would enter the county you used to live in if you are filing a full-year resident of California.
