TT Virginia and other state download doom loops
So many of us have exactly the same problem. Frustrating and difficult to believe. Never a problem before. The only "positive" thing I can say is that I filed for a refund of $40 (wrongly charged) and got it within a few days. When I bring up TT now to look at the state download option, it seems to assume I have already downloaded the VA state when it has not been downnloaded (look in "forms" and find no state forms below federal). Any further attempt to download a state right now will result in a $40 charge. Here we go "loopdy loop" again.
