Turbo Tax changes my input no matter what I try.

I choose the radio button for state education pension as the correct source of income. Turbo Tax changes it to military pension as the source. Tried immediately saving for 5 times. Still, the program overides my choice with military pension. Entered my wife's source. Exact same error happens. This must be a program error. How do I fix this error? Is there a customer service contact or do we just rely on opinions of the customer community?

Discovered a work around for my own help question. Chose the radio button below the correct one. This button happens to be very close with the exact same tax ramifications. So, I chose that button and the program accepted it without switching to military. The state will will get the correct source name regardless from input on the earlier entries which requested the name, address, $ amounts, etc. The issue is likely a coding issue that I can't fix any further nor the person on the line who helped me.
