Turbo tax desktop version is wrongly adding Federal Deduction Addback

I have taken Standard deduction in 2022 and 2023 and not taken itemized deduction and hence not deducted CO income tax in my federal return in 2022 and 2023. However, Turbo tax is adding 11,700 as Federal Deduction add back and there is no way to change it.

On the Federal Wages&Income page, there is a menu item of "State & Local Tax Refunds.....".

Go thru that Q&A and as a part of that sequence, the software will ask if you used Itemized or Std Ded last year....You just need to indicate you used the Std Ded last year.

That question usually occurs after entering your state refund data, and then "Done" after you see the table with the state on it. (I had to delete the state info and re-enter it).
