Turbo tax is asking me to enter the credit owner on form 3554 for California taxes, but this does not apply to me and I can't remove it
What do I have to fix to make form 3554 (California) go away?
Taxpayers Use form FTB 3554, New Employment Credit, to figure a credit for a qualified taxpayer that hires a qualified full-time employee and pays or incurs qualified wages attributable to work performed by that employee in a DGA and receives a TCR for that employee.
Instructions for Form FTB 3554
If that doesn't apply to you, follow the steps below to delete the form:
- Select Tax Tools in the left panel.
- Select tools.
- Select delete forms.
- Select delete on the line for Form 3554..
- Select Delete Selected Form.
