thank you, JulieS. however, i've done what you said and revisited My Info multiple times and made sure that all fields were filled in. it seems like there's a glitch/bug in the TT online software.
This is not the issue. I have been told that their is some kind of bug causing this issue. I don't understand how if this is a problem numerous people are facing how it hasn't been fixed or that sites like this which are connected to Turbotax doent seem to know about this issue
After doing this several times, I figured out I had to go to the bottom left and click "Intuit account", then to "sign in & security" tab. There it shows my email but it is unverified. I clicked to verify and I was sent an email to click and verify thru the email, I am now able to file my taxes.
This was a stupid bug, but you're work around does work. They should tell you what the actual problem is rather than sending you to look for a field that doesn't exist.
same issue. Nothing fixes it. Thanks for wasting hours of my life doing taxes I can't file. Never again will I use this product. clicking help also brings up an error!
Same thing is happening to me! I’ve tried everything to “submit my missing email” TurboTax fix this please. I cant even call them for a problem with their own website. Super annoyed.
Same here: my email and phone number are verified on intuit "Sign in & security" (also a Mint user), and no workarounds posted on the community solve this issue. I cleared the cache, used different browsers, mobile app etc. Nothing...
Also seeing this issue...I've cleared all history/cookies/cache, restarted the machine, attempted three browsers plus mobile, and re-entered all personal info in the Tax section and the Intuit Account section.
If it's not fixed by 4/12/23, I'll re-do them with another provider, but this is so annoying - I have 10 years of taxes in TurboTax and don't want to switch!
I'm also having this problem. Seems to be a high volume of people posting about this in the last few hours. Hopefully, it's a temporary issues that will be resolved. I'm checking back tomorrow.
