Turbo tax said I will get a state refund but my final return says $0

When I put my information in for my state taxes it said that I should get a $466 refund but when the whole thing was finished and it showed a refund it said zero dollars for the state refund. I have a dependent and it says that he qualifies so I’m not sure what it what happened. I did not edit any information from my federal or state. Does anybody know if I messed something up?

As you continue to answer questions within the program, the amount of the refund or due changes as it is just an estimate of what your tax liability or refund is.

The amount may have been changing as you answered questions and you may not have noticed until you were ready to finalize the returns.
