Turbo Tax shows Okla received my Tax return but Okla says they have not received yet, which of you are correct? i apid you to file need answers.

Why would Turbo Tax show Okla has received return but the say they have not received yet? Does your Customer Service have answers?

In the past, states can take 3-5 business days or longer than the IRS to process your e-filed return. However, there are many states that are attempting to mitigate the spread of Covid-19. Doing so extremely limits staff and may delay the timeframe to process your return.

If you e-filed your Oklahoma return in TurboTax, and received notification that it was sent to the state, and is still showing as PENDING, then your return has been sent. It is then up to the State of Oklahoma to process it and either accept or reject your return.
