Turbo tax won’t let me E-file NY state tax return

I don't know what's going on with the NY state return I been using this for 5 years with no issue at all is not working with my W-2 for some reason if anyone has an solution that can help me out?.I'm not sure what's up with the NY state return; I've been using it without difficulty for the past 5 years; but, it's not functioning with my W-2 for some reason; if anyone has a solution, please let me know.

please clarify is it rejected - you get an e-mail with a rejection message - please post it.

or are you blocked from even transmitting it - the reason could be that the Federal e-filing hasn't opened (will on 1/24) so your return is sitting on Turbotax servers. this may be what's preventing NY verification which prevents e-filing.
