I have TurboTax 2021 installed for Mac. California was added and the software is updated. When we go to work on the California return the software tells us to install the state but when we go to do that it also tells us it's installed. I've deleted the software and reinstalled it, and I've checked the Application Support folders and all the files are visible. Everything else is working fine. Please advise!
