Turbotax 2023 does not support Form 760C for E-filed Virginia Tax Return

I am using TT 2023 Premier online version and input my 2023 annualized income and paid estimated taxes. TT showed no penalty and no warning message for my VA state return, but VA Tax Dept. charged a penalty for underpayment of estimated taxes.

I found out that TT Online 2023 does not support VA Form 760C for E-filed returns.

Does TT plan to update the software and include Form 760C for electronic VA state return?

Unfortunately, the software is updated from year to year and there isn't really a way confirm whether it will be available online in the future.

Form 760C is available to print if you had mailed your tax return but as you stated, it is currently not supported for efiling. Please see this link for more information on what forms are supported for electronic filing for Virginia.
