Turbotax 2024 insist in filing state of Tennesse. Should I select paper filing to bypass

    Although the Tennessee income tax rate is 0%, they do have, however, a flat 1 to 2% tax rate that applies to income earned from interest and dividends.   If you do not owe any tax to Tennessee, you can delete the state return.
