TurboTax Business 2022 cannot auto populate North Carolina tax return

For the last two years, my TurboTax Business desktop 2021/2022 both have the same problem.  The Fed tax is done.  But the NC state tax has nothing populated.  As such, if I print NC return, it only shows basic franchise tax without any income.   

I tried to manually enter some values in the "form" option.  But it only allows me to enter limited numbers and the total taxable income is still not populated.

I tried to call Turbotax support line.  But it basically circulates around and ended up hanging up my call.  What a shame.  Not able to get any live person to help on this bug.

The California state return also does not allow me to put schedule R in for appropriated state return, making it useless too.

Anyone knows anyway to get a live person either help workaround the bug or get this fixed?
